Educating people is the greatest responsibility and the most important chance a person can ever get. The talent of a good teacher or trainer is to see, understand and grow learner’s potential. I believe in the benefits of learner centered approach, steady and systematic improvement, motivation as one of the key factors in learning.

Working with other language instructors as a mentor and a materials developer is a great chance to deliver value. It presents with an opportunity to cultivate more and more knowledge. I believe, being a teacher is continuous process learning; this way Savvy team and myself develop new approaches for useful and vocational English to help our clients broaden the exact skills using the very language they need for day-to-day communication.

“Teaching is hard work because it’s heart work”. You share everything you have – knowledge, inspiration and kindness. That’s exactly what I feel being a teacher. The best compliment for me is my students’ results: good grades, university admissions, tests passed and their comfort while doing business, studying or travelling abroad.

Experience: Started my career as one to one English Teacher in 2009 changing it later into group classes. I've been an Online and Corporate English Teacher for more than 2 years now and still find it very enjoyable. I've also started teaching IT English recently - another exiting knowledge I'm going to develop and improve.
I love my job, I love teaching and helping my students learn. Teaching English is a challenge, but I find it very rewarding and so much fun!

Education: 2005 — 2010: Dnipropetrovsk National University, English Philology, Specialist
A Britophile since I remember, I enjoy helping people and teaching English is what I do to help others grow and learn new things. Seeing a person with little to no knowledge becoming a good and confident speaker of English is probably the best reward; and being a selfish person, I try to have that reward coming as often as I can :)

Two tips can be given:
Stay hungry: Have a want, or need to feel like what you have right now isn't enough. You can always build something better.
Stay foolish: Notions like "that isn't possible" or "no one's ever done that so we can't" should be something you foolishly cast to the wind because that kind of thinking isn't how you change things but instead how you maintain the status quo.
So stay eager and dare to make unconventional decision, try to develop your personal skills and abilities.

Sharing something that inspires has always been a personal passion. We are learning to get along well with this world via its music, travels, and definitely via language. All of them are filling us with an intense and powerful feeling of freedom.

Experience: 20112016 ECC event manager.
What is it really like to be an event planner? Why am I doing this?
My answer is pretty simple.
More or less most of us want to be happy or/and satisfied, and my job it to make them feel these emotions. I always want to see the smiles on the faces, that is a real inspiration for me to set new goals and to conquer new peaks. I always want to make the next event better than the previous one. I cannot express my feelings when everybody says “thank you” for the organising of a wonderful and successful event!
I do what I wanna to do cause I only want to make people happy!
